Channel Research LabPrivacy Policy

Channel Research Lab is the research arm of the Channel Marketing Association, LLC and the Channel Sales Association, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what we collect on channelresearchlab.com and in our surveys, and how we use it.
What we collect
- When you get on the list: first name, last name, company name, work email and primary role.
- When you contact us: the details you enter in the contact form.
- When you take a survey: your answers, and if you weren't invited directly, your name and email so we can confirm you work in the channel.
- When you visit: general location (such as country or region) and device type. We do not store your IP address.
How we use it
- To send you executive summaries of new research and invite you to take part in our surveys.
- To answer your questions.
- To produce our research reports.
- To understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share individual survey responses or respondent lists with sponsors, clients or anyone outside the Lab. Research is published in aggregate only.
Who helps us
We use trusted service providers to host the site, store data and send email. They process your information only to provide those services to us.
Cookies
If you start a survey, we save a cookie on your device so you can pick up where you left off. It expires after 60 days.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, reach us through our contact page.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
